What are the rules regarding hazardous materials?
Due to US shipping regulations, hazardous materials must ship ground, and they can not be returned. There is an additional HAZMAT fee.

Which items are considered hazardous?
Collodion, Collodion HV, Collodion II, Collodian II HV, and Acetone are hazardous.

What is your return policy?
Most products are returnable within 90 days from invoice date with a 20% restock fee. No open packages allowed for return. Please call 1-800-654-2873 ext. 3613 to receive authorization for return. Items must be received within 5 days of authorization.

How soon will my order ship?
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 1 -2 business days. Occasionally, due to demand, we may not have your entire order in stock. In these instances we will ship the available portion. The back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible.

How do I get setup with an account number?
To obtain an account number please call 1-800-654-2873 and ask to speak with a customer service representative. Customer Service will provide you with the credit application and further details.

What are your payment terms?
All domestic invoices are net 30 days. Restrictions may apply to custom orders. For your convenience, we accept VISA and Mastercard.
